Allen Crumbley is co-owner of Capstone Tropical Holdings, Inc., which is comprised of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group, Capstone Title, Capstone Insurance, and Cornerstone Facilities Management. A leader of one of the Tampa Bay area’s primary real estate firms since 1984, he maintains an active interest in the marketing of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties, with his primary emphasis in the Tampa Bay area. Allen has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Real Estate Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

A mother, a wife, a sister, a friend, and a girl boss. Casey wears every hat in the book, and has dedicated over a decade to her career in the Real Estate industry. Not at all afraid of change, she loves the way our industry is constantly evolving. This busy gal holds certification as both a CRNC Instructor and an Advantage Instructor. Her leadership skills are all about lifting people up, not shooting them down. Casey’s drive to always solve problems and get down and dirty with her teammates puts her on the ground level of understanding the real estate world. Her heart lies entirely in coaching and assisting others to grow and reach their full potential, which her team loves her for. Casey is loyal, honest, funny, and she’s a BOSS! You’ll know when she walks in the door because she’ll be smiling, but she’ll be fierce!

By age 18 Alex attended 12 schools and lived in Connecticut, Clearwater, San Diego, Southern France/Paris, Indiana and eventually made his way back to Florida. Living so many places and being exposed to so many cultures, he found a passion for building relationships.
His extroverted nature and love of real estate taught him to never shy away from a good adventure. He started his real estate career in high school as the weekend receptionist and within months of turning 18, got his real estate license. From the age of 18, real estate and most importantly Development has always been a passion for Alex. He knows what it means to start at the bottom and work your way up, leading many teams, offices, and divisions! With more than 15 years experience and managing over $2 Billion in new construction sales and marketing, he will bring a cutting-edge and tested process to take you from concept to sell out.
